Upon your arrival at Leh airport, our tour representative will meet you and pick you up
we visit Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, the Hall of Fame, and SangamPoint, the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers.
•Travel distance and time (130km / 5-6 hours)
•After breakfast we ride through the epic Khardung La Pass (17,982 feet), one of the highest motorable roads in the world.
•We drop by Diskit Monastery on our way, this monastery has a 33m statue of MaitreyaBuddha facing down the Shyokriver.
•Nubra Valley is a hub for adventure activities, you can ride ATV bikes , Zip line, River rafting, Go karting, and ride a double humoed camel on the sand dunes.
•Travel time and distance (7-8 hours /180km approx).
•After breakfast we ride to the world’s highest salt water lake Pangong Tso. Such grandoisity that 70% of it is in China and 30% of it is in India.
•Pangong Lake is at an altitude of 4,225m.Enjoy a throwback to 3 idiots movie and an ortherworldly scenic beauty around the lake.
•Travel distance and time (200km / 6-7 hours)
•On our way to Hanle we visit Rezang La war memorial in Chushul.
•Once we reach Hanle we visit a lovely Monastery offering some great aerial views of the whole village that is home to about 1,000 people.
•Ou last stop of the day will be the HanleObservatory. This Observatory is operated by the Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bengaluru, and is currently the second-highest optical observatory in the world, We stay overnight to look at the sky with its spectacular stars hanging over us.
•Travel distance and time (180km / 6-7 hours)
•On Day 6 you ride on the highest motorable road in the world.- Umling-La(5640m)
•Umling La is a mountain pass in Ladakh, India on the ridgeline between Koyul Lungpa and the Indus River near Demchok.
•Reach back Hanle by the evening and enjoy home cooked food by the locals
•Travel distance and travel time (250 km / 7-8 hrs) approx.
•On the way we explore Chumathang (Hot Springs ), ThikseyMonastery, and Rancho School. Lunch break at Upshi village.
•Make sure the keep them eyes open all the time as this way back is a feast to your eyes.
•Early morning transfer to Lehairport to board flight back to destination. The journey concludes with Sweet Memories of Ladakh.
