Terms and Condition

Welcome to MAD OVER LADAKH These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our travel services, including bookings, tours, and related services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or directly with our representatives.

 A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the specific package or service.

 Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed.

 We accept payments through specified methods such as credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment gateways.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our customer service.

Refunds will be processed based on the following schedule:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.

• 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.

• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

 Certain tours and services may be non-refundable; this will be stated at the time of booking.

 We are not responsible for additional costs incurred due to cancellation (e.g., flight or accommodation costs).

Travel Documents and Requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

We are not responsible for any delays or losses resulting from failure to obtain necessary travel documents.

Some destinations may have specific health or vaccination requirements, which are the responsibility of the traveler to comply with.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the trip.

Changes and Amendments

The company reserves the right to modify itineraries, services, or prices due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, political instability, or supplier issues.

If significant changes occur, we will notify affected travelers as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives where possible.

Travelers may request amendments to their bookings, subject to availability and additional costs.

Liability and Responsibilities

We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport services, etc.) and are not responsible for any third-party failures or issues.

 We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to property incurred during the trip.

 Travelers participate in activities at their own risk, and we are not responsible for injuries resulting from adventurous or extreme activities.If significant changes occur, we will notify affected travelers as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives where possible.

Conduct and Behavior

Travelers must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations during their trip.

We reserve the right to remove any traveler from a tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or dangerous to others.

No refunds will be provided in cases of removal due to misconduct.
